Buying a home has never been more difficult. With low inventory and spending power dwindling, the need for an alternative method of purchase is becoming more and more necessary. And let's face it, the down payments and high interest rates make it impossible for otherwise highly credible buyers to even have a chance. WE WANT TO HELP!

It is our hope, when possible, to eliminate the middleman (aka BANKS), and completely change the way you buy or sell a home. We have an expert team of agents and investors finding homes and creating relationships with seller's that are willing to act as the bank. We're looking for buyers that have good, steady income that may be struggling to work with traditional banks or could use help with down payment, loan pay off.  Our charitable contributions go directly to our buyers to help them do just that.
